No waste / zero waste is a movement, philosophy and lifestyle, according to which man tries to generate as little waste as possible, and not to pollute the environment. ¾ Koneser Bar is trying to implement these assumptions. Squeezed citruses serve as a base for cordials. Fruits from the syrup gets a second life by infusion, the third after drying – as decorations. Empty bottles are repeatedly used for our productions. We minimize plastic consumption – we use paper straws for our cocktails. Simply – we care about the environment.
